At Himbharat Ayurveda, we strive to ensure our customers are satisfied with their purchases. Please read our return and refund policy carefully to understand your options in case you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase.

1. Returns

Eligibility for Return: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Return Window: You have 7 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

Non-Returnable Items: For health and hygiene reasons, opened or used products cannot be returned.

2. How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please contact our support team at tohimbharat@gmail.com with your order details. Once your return is approved, we will provide you with return instructions.

Note: You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product was defective or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we are not responsible for items lost during return shipping.

3. Refunds

  • Processing: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Approval: If your refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 10 business days. Please note that processing times may vary based on your payment provider.
  • Partial Refunds: In certain situations, only partial refunds may be granted (e.g., if the item is not in its original condition or is damaged due to reasons not caused by Himbharat Ayurveda).

4. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a defective item, please contact us at tohimbharat@gmail.com with your order information and photos of the defect.

5. Late or Missing Refunds

  • Bank Processing Times: If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check with your bank, as processing times may vary.
  • Further Assistance: If you’ve done this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at tohimbharat@gmail.com.
